Aroma "cherry" is a liquid food essence on an alcohol base. It is made by macerating fresh cherries from the Friuli region of Italy with an alcohol base. It is used to flavour alcoholic beverages, spirits, brandies and other spirits, especially cherry liqueurs. Ingredients: ethanol, water, flavourings. Dosage: 1 litre of flavouring per 400 litres of final product. Country of origin: Italy.
