Fast fermentation and improved fruit flavour. Prepare the must according to the recipe for semi-sweet wine from selected fruits. Pour the contents of the bag into 300 ml of water at a temperature below 30°C and mix thoroughly. After 30 minutes, mix with the cider. Add the sugar (200-300 g/l) in two doses: 1/2 at the beginning of fermentation and the remainder after three days. Ferment at 22-29°C for 5-7 days until the release of CO2 stops. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
