Aroma "mulled wine" is a liquid food essence on an alcohol base. It is made from red wine, orange slice and a mixture of herbs such as cloves, star anise, cinnamon and ginger. All on an alcohol base from the Friuli region of Italy. It is used to flavour mulled wine in a natural way. Ingredients: ethanol, water, aromatics. Dosage: 1 litre of flavouring per 5000 litres of final product. Country of origin: Italy.
