Natural aroma Czech "fernet" is a liquid food essence on an alcohol base. It is made by maceration of more than 14 fresh herbs such as chamomile, gentian, angelica and quinine bark from the Friuli region of Italy with an alcohol base. It is used to flavour alcoholic beverages, spirits, brandies and other spirits, especially apricot brandy. Ingredients: ethanol, water, flavourings. Dosage: 1 litre of flavouring per 100 litres of final product. Country of origin: Italy.
