Aroma "Jäger" is a natural liquid food essence on an alcohol base. It is made by macerating more than 50 fresh herbs from the Friuli region of Italy with an alcohol base. It is used to flavour herbal liqueur with a typically bittersweet taste. Ingredients: ethanol, water, aromatics. Dosage: 1 litre of flavouring per 100 litres of final product. Country of origin: Italy.
