The aroma "maracuja" is a liquid food essence on an alcohol base. It is made by macerating fresh passion fruit from the Friuli region of Italy with an alcohol base. It is used to flavour alcoholic beverages, spirits, brandies and other spirits. Ingredients: ethanol, water, flavourings. Dosage: 1 litre of flavouring per 400 litres of final product.
