Fining powder based on bentonites and protein groups, stabilised with small quantities of carbon. Suggested for white wines rich of colloids, iron or easily oxidable.
APPLICATION
Albakoll B is a specific fining agent for white wines that need clarification but also a stabilisation action against casses and oxidation risks.

The clarification is very rapid (24-48 hours) and results in very compact sediments.
COMPOSITION
Protein complex, activated bentonite and small percentage of carbon.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Dissolve the product in water (1:10 - 1:20) some hours before use. Add it to the wine to be treated, very slowly stirring well. The treated wine should be checked for protein stability and may not need further bentonite fining.
DOSES
From 400-800 ppm (40 to 80 g/hl), up to 1000 –1200 ppm (100-120 g/hl) in case of particularly difficult wines.
