Aroma "chocolate" is a liquid food essence on an glycol base. It is made from fresh chocolate pieces from the Friuli region of Italy with a glycol base. It is used to flavour alcoholic beverages, spirits, moonshine and other spirits. Ingredients: propylene glycol, water, flavourings. Dosage: 1 litre of flavouring per 2000 litres of final product. Country of origin: Italy.
Made-Based: especially on propylene glycol (no evaporation of flavour at higher temperatures baking)
Dosage: 1 liter of flavour per 2000 liters of the final product or approximately 15 drops (0,5 gram) per kilogram of the final product
Usage: into pudding, yoghurt, porridge, protein beverages, bouquets, cakes and others…
Storage: Cool and dry environment without light access.
Durability: usually 2 years or more
