Panettone is a typical Italian culinary specialty that is traditionally consumed in Italy during the Christmas season. Panettone enchants with its unmistakable taste of lemons, oranges, raisins, vanilla and butter. All this is also available in our Panettone aroma.
Made-Based: especially on propylene glycol (no evaporation of flavour at higher temperatures baking)
Dosage: 1 liter of flavour per 1000 liters of the final product or approximately 30 drops (1 gram) per kilogram of the final product
Usage: into pudding, yoghurt, porridge, protein beverages, bouquets, cakes and others…
Storage: Cool and dry environment without light access.
Durability: usually 2 years or more
