Enhances red and white wines aroma and complexity
APPLICATION
Top-Tan AR works in two ways playing an important role on wine aroma improvement and has a side activity on enhancing the wine structure, roundness and balance, since it’s based on grapes tannin.
In red wines Top-Tan AR acts enhancing fruity notes, making the aroma more intense and clean. Besides, the addition gives wines more complex and elegant by little toasty and spicy hints. For its properties works on colour stability and makes longer the bottle ageing potential.
In full bodied white wines Top-Tan AR gives elegance and complexity as requested by the market for important products. Based on grapes tannin integrate perfectly with natural polyphenols obtaining a general improvement of the final wine.
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF USE
50– 250 ppm (5-25 g/hl) in red wines during ageing or before bottling. 30-150 ppm (3-15 g/hl) in white wines during ageing or before bottling.
To obtain the request result it’s advisable to organise some laboratory trials at different rates. Taste the results better after 7-10 days.
Preferably the product is dissolved in water or clean wine and is to be added to the mass with thorough mixing.

0,5 kg PE flacons. Keep in cool and dry place in its own packaging well closed.
