REDOX AROM
Added directly to grapes, crushed grapes or must. Redox Arom creates an oxidation-reduction environment that preserves the varietal bouquet and phenolic components present, contributing to the future proper development of aroma and colour. Redox Arom limits the activity of oxidative enzymes, which is particularly important in atypical vintages or when there are multiple diseases in the vineyard.

For the treatment of white grapes before fermentation.

Dissolve in a small amount of water or must and add directly to the mass and mix well. When applying to grapes or to crushed grapes, the product should be dissolved in water and sprayed over the entire pulp.
