ENORANDALL

Infusory clays "ENORANDALL" (kieselguhrs) are carefully processed and graded to ensure the best results when filtering where high-capacity kieselguhrs support is required. The capture / hourly performance is optimized for each individual clay (kieselguhrs).

This product is the best that the market can offer, especially in the field of filtering musts, wines, vinegars and beverages in general. There are different types of diatomaceous earth (kieselguhrs):

"ENORANDALL / FLUX" and "FLUX EXTRA" in the form of large, snow-white granules are designed for more extensive filtering - draining of liquid sediments, muddy and unclean musts and wines. It has high hourly performance.

"ENORANDALL / 1" and "1 EXTRA" in the form of medium-sized white granules are used for quick filtering of musts, sweet filtrates, nutmeg and generally opaque or extremely cloudy wines.

"ENORANDALL / 3" and "3 EXTRA" in the form of medium fine white granules are characterized by high absorbency and above average hourly performance. It is used for young, already drained and clarified wines.

"ENORANDALL / 7" and "7 EXTRA" in the form of fine red grains are used to filter or "superfiltrate" finished and well clarified wines. It reliably retains yeast and colloids.

Composition

Pure graded diatomaceous earth (kieselguhrs) 100%.

Dosage and method of use

As in normal use, either as a filter medium or for continuous flooding.
