Albakoll B is a specific fining agent for white wines that need clarification but also a stabilisation action against casses and oxidation risks.
Its activity is able to
- remove turbidity and haze to obtain a bright wine;
- improve the wine hue and reduce the oxidable polyphenols that can cause instability;
- improve wine filterability;
- reduce proteins;
- sharpness reduction.
The clarification is very rapid (24-48 hours) and results in very compact sediments.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Dissolve the product in water (1:10 - 1:20) some hours before use. Add it to the wine to be treated, very slowly stirring well. The treated wine should be checked for protein stability and may not need further bentonite fining.
From 400-800 ppm (40 to 80 g/hl), up to 1000 –1200 ppm (100-120 g/hl) in case of particularly difficult wines.
