Rectified deionized must concentrate is the best of concentrated musts. These are liquid grape sugar (fructose 50% - glucose 50%) obtained from the highest quality grapes and concentrated to 65 ° Brix. Absolutely colorless, perfect for any kind of sweetening of drinks in a natural way.

Grain concentrate concentration: 65 ° Brix

Density at 20°C: 1.3259 - 1.3285

Conversion of MCR liter to kilogram MCR: (liters) MCR x 1.33 = (kg) MCR

Dosage: LITERS of wine (another beverage) x required sweetening (g / l): 880 = liters of MCR

For example: we need to add 100 g of wine by 5 g / l. 100 x 5: 880 = 0.57 l MCR x 1.33 = 0.75 kg MCR

Usage: Enrichment of musts, Sweetening of wines and spirits, Drawing off and shipping liqueur.
